Not a great start but decent at the end
So, I booked a double room for a group stay. When I got there, the front desk lady couldn't find my reservation even tho I had it on the app. Had to rebook on the spot, and now I’m waiting on a refund that hasn’t happened yet. The snack bar was nice though!

The room was pretty spacious, which was nice. It had a sofa bed and a balcony, giving it a cozy vibe. Cleanliness was spot on, really liked that. It felt comfortable enough for a few nights. No issues with the door like some people mentioned, so that was a relief. Just wish the workout room was cooler. it was kinda stuffy when I tried to use it.
